If you are immature like me, then you'll find the name fanny.. I mean funny. But yes it's a good restaurant with HUGE food portions. You wanna stuff your face with chicken or fish or bacon at a good price? Sally Pussey will be glad to service you.

We have been eating here regularly at Xmas and other special occasions for years. The reason is that we loved the home cooked, very generous sized meals served. But this time we were a bit disappointed. The starters were huge and very yummy. But the main courses were not up to our Sally Pussey, s expected standard. I had the pan fried salmon, new potatoes and salad. The piece of salmon was very small and completely frazzled like it had been deep fried in extremely hot oil!! The salad was not as exciting or big as what you used to get. Not like the amazing meals I,m used to enjoying there. What's happened to the Sword Fish Steak? Other than that, we had a lovely time. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the premises are clean and tidy. We will visit again.

Met here for family birthday. First class. Can not recommend highly enough . Thank you to lovely staff. Very good food. We took birthday cake and they were quite happy to bring to table with candles etc.
