Wow we have just returned from another holiday booked through Imagine January 2019. ( previous review on this website was for 2018 I pressed the wrong button)We have previously travelled with Imagine to China, India and South America on land tours and cruises which all deserved 5 star rating. The holiday we have just returned from was not one of these standard holidays. Viran tailored made this holiday for us. We stayed in Abu Dhabi for 1 night then cruise to India and SriLanka 3 nights in Singapore then 5 nights in Bali with all private transfers and staying in 5 star hotels.These tailored made holidays are excellent and equally good as the packaged tours.Thank you to team Imagine for helping us to experience these wonderful places.Angela and David Butt
Just returned from South American cruise Santiago to Buenos Aires. Trip was fantastic but Holland America becoming expensive with gratuities and service charge add ons. Major complaint related to Transfers at both Santiago and BA. Arriving at Santiago no signage at exit points. One member of group scammed by persons claiming to be officials and taking to car park outside airport. Lost money 500 POUNDS taking her credit card details to pay taxi .Tried same thing on me but realised what was going on. Eventually found woman with clip board wandering around airport,who arranged private taxi .Complete bedlam.At BA on disembarking complete Bedlam where one small woman found with clip board and names. Unable to speak English. People and suitcases crammed on small side walk trying to find out what was going on. Eventually she ticked our name and gave a number. Taxi eventually came. Some peoples name not on list.To say this was a mess is an understatement. Image needs to look at its Agents. However Hotel to ship and Hotel to Airport worked fine. Its at the airport where it was a complete fiasco especially after a 13 hour flight.
Just done a trip on Orient express and 4 days in Lake Garda then a week on Cruise ship Queen Victoria. Customer service from this company very poor.. Once they had payment the attitude was basically if it doesn't suit you then tough. Would not recommend them.
Just back from a Danube river cruise on A Rosa. The ship was unable to go to Budapest because the Danube was too shallow. 40 Brits were not told until they got on boat that the cruise would be curtailed and some had only booked 2 weeks before. Reading about the water problems I phoned in September and was told everything was going ahead despite other cruise lines cancelling the holidays. Fellow passengers contacted Imagine whilst we were on the trip but were told that there was nothing that could be done. I feel cheated and angry and am considering legal action because of their failure to tell the truth.
Excellent Cruise Packages. We have taken several of Imaging Cruising's packages, which include a land tour coupled with a cruise. In our experience the whole package; the cruise, the land tour and the hotel accommodation have all been first class. In our last package tour, a destination hotel problem was expertly resolved by the on-site Imagine Cruising representative. I have no hesitation in recommending Imaging Cruising for their excellent service.
