Wonderful customer service. I forgot Mothering Sunday as I live abroad and was not being bombarded with reminders about it. I called early in the morning and even though they did not have a driver available to deliver on that day the very friendly lady offered to take them and deliver them herself after she finished work......................great service and thank you for 'going the extra mile' to help me out
