We recently sold our house through Richard James RWB having sold our last house with the Old Town branch. Once again the service was excellent. We mostly dealt with Alex, Nikki and Chelsea who were all professional and friendly and were responsive to email and phone calls.Our sale did take a long time due to issues with the chain, but Chelsea and Nikki were proactive with chasing solicitors and keeping us informed of any progress.
