People just are rude and condescending with absolutely no reason for it. Royal Wootton Bassett is a small place and people are very familiar with each other. If people are spreading around information telling people that your shop is rude, impolite and incredibly overpriced you better hope you listen. Especially given your current location is not on note to anybody who is even passing through.My advice to anybody living in this area, you'd have better customer service going to Tesco's Express down in woodshaw. Customer service is better and the prices are fairly competitive. This shop is an utter disgrace. I don't shop here. It's just too expensive and they're taking advantage of people who don't have options to go elsewhere. Shameful.Alternatively if it is an essential item. Go to News Plus
The staff and friendly and really helpful. Good range of merchandise for a local convenience store. Prices are competitive. The post office counter is great with its opening hours.
