Fair price but ignore the claim to pay the same day - it took 3 weeks and we had to chase it up by phone / email 5 times. Never returned our call once. Really surprised as they specifically claim same day payment. Was getting quite worried. Not convinced all their five star reviews online are genuine - not our experience at all. Ah well.Further to their comment : customer number 35492, in my partner's name (KL), signed for by you 15th Dec, finally paid 3rd Jan.
excellent service, I had an old ring collecting dust that i don't wear anymore, so i decided to sell it to make some quick cash, got paid the same day the ring was received, i might use this service again in the future.

Having looked at a number of online bullion trader sites I spoke to Gold Traders on the telephone prior to submitting my gold and silver coins. I was impressed with both the advise and also with the subsequent service.
