Jan is an infectiously enthusiastic and committed Pilates teacher. She teaches in a studio in her attractive cottage garden. She works hard to help you achieve the results you need, whilst accommodating any special requirements. She is especially good working with people with mobility issues and the elderly. Group lessons and one to one sessions available. Jan has a "thing" against mobile phones, so be prepared to call round in person or leave a landline number!!
