My initial review was 3 out of 5 due to problems with not replying to my e-mails which I subsequently found out were going straight into their spam folder. Sam apologised for this and I went ahead with setting up an initial appontment. Months later Ive had a implant and Crown done and the whole thing went extremely well. Sam and his team are very professional and guide you through the whole process answering any questions along the way. Sam also has a calm and respectful nature that puts any nerves you have at rest prior to treatment. Highly recommended.
It is actually a pleasure to be treated at Sams clinic. His staff are welcoming and cheerful. Sam himself is a man completely on top of his profession in whose expertise you can place absolute trust. He explains not only the details but the context of every procedure in a straightforward yet understanding manner and leaves you confident that he has done the best that can be done for you. Professional excellence combined with a mixture of humour and old-school courtesy make him the ideal practitioner and I cannot recommend him too highly.

The staff really should be up to date! Called through to receptionist to see if i could sign my son up. I was advised to come in and fill forms out drive all the way there to be told they are not accepting any more children! A little communication goes along way! Rather than letting people waste their time make sure you communicate!
Very friendly and Professional. Sam and his Team made me comfortable and at ease throughout my recent implant sessions. I had two right lower jaw implants with a 3 tooth bridge fitment as well as bone augmentation to ensure that the implants had a good firm base. I was naturally apprehensive at the start but everything went perfectly and every step was explained in detail by Sam before being carried out. I now have my new teeth which I am very happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam and his Team, first class treatment. Thank you for helping me enjoy steak again!
