Drove over an hour to this place to look at a caravan I seen online. The pictures online did not represent the caravan we was shown at all!! When I pointed out the missing sink and cooker glass, they just shrugged their shoulders and didnt know what to say. The caravan was not worth the 5000 price tag! I wouldnt have paid over 600 for it! And thats being generous! The service I received was poor and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The opening times are good and they have a great bargain corner!! The stock is pretty good for a shop of this size and there's always a great choice of caravans to view. After service department are really helpful too. I have no problem recommending them
Swindon caravans proved extremely helpful without being overbearing. Needed a new water pump for a 2000 year caravan and they were able to provide from their extensive stock. Parking adjacent to showroom and parts department good. They even offered to find 2 shelves for my old fridge. Impressed and that's not easy to do.
